Is the free profile really free?
Yes — always. Your verified registry profile is free forever. Pro and Pro+ are optional annual upgrades; cancel any time and you simply drop back to the free tier — the profile is never removed.
How do you know it's my business?
You verify ownership by a one-time code to the phone number on your official registry listing, or by an email on your company's own domain. Anything that doesn't line up goes to a quick manual review before we hand you the keys. Only a verified claim can edit the profile or subscribe.
Where does my profile come from?
Public BCA and HDB registry data on data.gov.sg, matched to your firm by its UEN and refreshed monthly. We never scrape personal data or buy contact lists — open government data only. We're an independent directory, not a government service.
How do leads reach me?
A homeowner requests a quote from your profile or a town page; the request is routed to you with a reference code so it's tracked start to finish. Pro and Pro+ get priority routing. There are no per-lead fees — your annual plan covers it, and your dashboard counts every lead we send.
I don't want to be listed.
You can request removal of your free profile at any time from the profile page, and we honour it within 7 days — no claim required. Pro pages belong to their subscribers and are removed on request too.

No. SGFloorFinder is independently run and not affiliated with BCA, HDB or any government agency. We read the public registries to keep the directory honest — nothing more. “Verified” reflects registry status only, never a rating or a certification of workmanship.
