By the address on its BCA or HDB listing: its HDB block’s town; else its street, where we have checked the whole street against URA’s planning map (a street outside our towns places nobody); else the town its street’s name begins with, if that town is in its postal district; else the town of the URA planning area that holds its postal code’s location on OneMap (an area we give no town places nobody); else, where its postal code has no location inside a single planning area, the town of nearly all the HDB-block firms in its postal sector, where we have checked that sector. Firms we can’t place are listed A to Z, and after the firms of any town in their postal district.
