How to visit a flooring showroom
What to bring, what to do there, and what to ask before you leave.
Before you go
Take a photo of your living room at 5pm.
Know your size: HDB 4-room, 85 sqm, or your own number.
Wear shoes you can slip off.
When you're there
Stand on it without your shoes. Your feet will tell you what a photo can't.
Look at the sample by a window, not only under the showroom lights.
Ask to take a sample home and look at it at 5pm.
